Because after his previous concussion problems and Savard’s mess, I’m pretty much paranoid at this point about Bruins centers and their head trauma. With that in mind, I’m proposing a helmet made of pillows and kevlar for Seguin.

I’m not picking on you, but how can fans possibly think that they would rush Bergeron back ?
They have been if anything overly cautious because of his history.

This is the best news I’ve seen all day… our faceoff guru is back!

Not to rain on the parade though, but last year we saw Savard come back too soon from a concussion in the playoffs, and things went poorly. I hope Bergeron is being a little more cautious and isn’t coming back early if he isn’t feeling 100%. He’s just too damned important to replace if he does long-term damage to himself the way Savard seems to have… and we can’t fleece Toronto for more 1st round picks to draft replacement centers, at least for a few more years.

It will be interesting to see what the B’s do for the lines tonight, to say the least.
