I don’t believe anyone thinks Canadians are disrespectful, just Montreal Canadiens fans. Their actions over the decades have proven them to be void of conscience. When the PA announcer has to remind them that half their team is American so they won’t boo the anthem; they clearly have a problem.

That’s ok. I’ve hated the Montreal Canadiens for as long as I can remember being involved in hockey (1970, anyone)… That bunch of loonies they have up there now hasn’t earned anyone’s respect, for anything.

Hey, they don’t like Chara and they boo him like little school girls every time he touches the puck – so be it, that’s what home ice is all about. When they boo our National Anthem, well that just shows the complete lack of class of Habs fans. I wonder how many 911 calls went out last night because their feelings were hurt.
