Your probably wrong again Spiffy. I play hockey once a week and have played since I was 8. Can you beat that. Yea the old Philly fan stuff, but when it's true its hard to shake. I have seen dozens of sports games in dozens of cities and I have never feared for my safety except in Philadelphia. Oh to add something. I lived in Philly for 4 years too. When we were there the usher had to stand next to us almost the whole game to prevent the Philly goon fans from going after us, and all we did was cheer for our team when they scored, or can't you do that in Philly without the fear of being assaulted by 50 fans. Funny because you can do that in other areas without being assaulted.

wow, the old philly fan schtick. awesome. thanks for letting me know what a power play is. screaming when there is no penalty makes you look like a tool, not someone who knows hockey. maybe you have been to more games than i have, but i can bet you i have laced up my skates more times this year than you.

Let's talk here spiffy. I have been to 2 games in the series . One in Buffalo and one in Philly. My comment walking out of Wells Fargo (or should I say running out because some on the fans in Philly are the biggest jerks in the league), was how Philly fans know so little about hockey. Flyers games I think it is just somewhere to go when their fans get out of jail after an Eagles game. The Flyers have had over 20 PP (that stand for Power Plays just so you know). Some of which came from Flyers diving, (see Myers penalty last night). They fall down like they have never skated before. So Spiffy how many games have you seen live this year ... insert lie here... Oh by the way, thank you for the screaming fan part, because that is what fans do in Buffalo is scream, not the whine you here out the Philly fans...

you must not have been watching carcillo last night. pretty much got mugged in front of miller and no call, yet he gives miller a dirty look earlier and boom-a call against. or brierre getting knocked to the ice well after the whistle. add that to the 5 minute fiasco against richards. so no, i am not fine with every call. there is a rookie ref in there and it shows. maybe playing in philly will help neutralize the ref bias for the sabres.

you gotta call it both ways

I'm fine with every call EXCEPT the 5 minute major. That was really a killer and shouldn't have been a major.
