It wasn’t a “missed” call. It wasn’t called because it wasn’t a penalty. Simple. Now, there was a high stick that the Pens got away with and if you want to talk about that, we can. But this was an unfortunate happenstance, not a penalty.

I didn’t know ” L O W ” sticking was a penalty. Maybe smurfette should stay on her skates.

I’m unsure so this is actually more of a question, but does the fact that St. Louis was lying on the ice make any difference? I feel like if he’s that low, there’s nothing that can be done. I feel bad for him, but I don’t think that warrants a penalty.

How is it a “high stick” if St. Louis was sitting on the ice when the stick hit him?
