		<description><![CDATA[I agree - to an extent. You can&#039;t have goons beating up on star players whenever they want. I would rather have the instigator rule written off in certain situations, per the discretion of the officials. For example, if a player boards a player from the other team, he is eligible to be jumped without an instigator rule called on the player who jumps him. However, the third man in rule should still be applicable.]]></description>
