		<description><![CDATA[I think Carolina deserves honorable mention. They made a couple moves to improve their team and basically gave up nothing in return. Blockbusters? No. Smart moves? Yes.

Being on the playoff bubble, just a little improvement could see Carolina move up into a coveted mid-seed if the improvements turn out well.]]></description>
