I guess the good news is that it’s only for two months- even with his help, I’m not sure the Avs are a playoff-bound team. He doesn’t fix rough goaltending or defense, after all…

IR is looming for Foppa. That’s my rub.

Will the Avs really get a 1/4 season production out of this relationship, that wouldn’t have been better invested? We’ll see, but I doubt it.

If so, I’ll eat my words and admit my error. But….I won’t have to.
