Whether you’re interested for fantasy hockey reasons or just want to know which goalie your team is playing in a given day, we thought it might be helpful to share our best guesses (based on various previews from newspapers and Web sites plus our own instincts) on who might start each day.

7:00 pm ET games

Florida @ Pittsburgh

Likely Florida starter: Tomas Vokoun - He’s won two in a row and shut out the mighty Flyers, so if anyone can slow down the Penguins, it might be Vokoun. (Source.)

Likely Pittsburgh starter: Brent Johnson (Source.)

Tampa Bay @ NY Islanders

Likely Tampa Bay starter: Dan Ellis – With Mike Smith on the shelf, expect Ellis to get the vast majority of the starts in Tampa Bay. He might even be a highly valuable fantasy goalie for that period of time. (Source.)

Likely NY Islanders starter: Dwayne Roloson – Should get a lot of starts with Rick DiPietro injured, but you never know with the Isles. (Source.)

7:30 pm ET game

Vancouver @ Detroit

Likely Vancouver starter: Roberto Luongo (Source.)

Likely Detroit starter: Jimmy Howard (Source.)

8:30 pm ET game

Nashville @ Chicago

Likely Nashville starter: Anders Lindback – Pekka Rinne is supposedly healthy(ish?) but Lindback keeps getting the starts. (Source.)

Likely Chicago starter: Corey Crawford (Source.)
