Whether you’re interested for fantasy hockey reasons or just want to know which goalie your team is playing in a given day, we thought it might be helpful to share our best guesses (based on various previews from newspapers and Web sites plus our own instincts) on who might start each day.

7:00 pm ET games

Phoenix @ Pittsburgh

Likely Phoenix starter: Jason LaBarbera – Ilya Bryzgalov’s status is still hazy, so “The Barber” will need to cut it. (Source.)

Likely Pittsburgh starter: Marc-Andre Fleury – My best guess as I haven’t been able to find anything official.

Florida @ Philadelphia

Likely Florida starter: Tomas Vokoun (Source.)

Likely Philadelphia starter: Sergei Bobrovsky (Source.)

Atlanta @ Toronto

Likely Atlanta starter: Ondrej Pavelec (Source.)

Likely Toronto starter: Jonas Gustavsson (Source.)

7:30 pm ET games

Carolina @ Tampa Bay

Likely Carolina starter: Cam Ward (Source.)

Likely Tampa Bay starter: Dan Ellis – With Mike Smith injured and Cedrick Desjardins not looking particularly ready, it seems like this would be the most logical choice. (Click here to read more about Smith and Tampa Bay’s injury situation.)

Anaheim @ Boston

Likely Anaheim starter: Jonas Hiller – As usual, an educated guess.

Likely Boston starter: Tim Thomas (Source.)
