To update you on our post from before about the power being out in San Jose, the Detroit Red Wings twitter posted an update saying the power is back on and that the game will go on as scheduled.

The next question is: How will the ice be? Just like the NHL’s ad campaign, questions will become answers.

Why the ice will be okay…….”The HP pavilion has a backup generator to keep the ice cold for about eight hours”

Well, all right then. The teams will drop the puck tonight at 10:30 Eastern.
