Whether you’re interested for fantasy hockey reasons or just want to know which goalie your team is playing in a given day, we thought it might be helpful to share our best guesses (based on various previews from newspapers and Web sites plus our own instincts) on who might start each day.

7:00 pm ET games

Dallas @ Toronto

Likely Dallas starter: Kari Lehtonen – You get the drill. (Source: Defending Big D.)

Likely Toronto starter: Jonas Gustavsson – With J.S. Giguere injured, “The Monster” might receive every start. (Source: Jonas Siegel.)

Calgary @ NY Rangers

Likely Calgary starter: Miikka Kiprusoff – Even though he played last night in a heart breaker against the Red Wings, chances are solid he’ll be in there again like the good workhorse that he is.

Likely NY Rangers starter: Martin Biron – It sounds like Henrik Lundqvist is struggling with his game a bit, so Biron will get the starting duty tonight while Hank allegedly will play Wednesday. (Source: Jesse Spector.)

Washington @ New Jersey

Likely Washington starter: Michal Neuvirth – So much for Semyon Varlamov being a tough guy to re-sign this summer, I guess? (Source: Corey Masisak.)

Likely New Jersey starter: Johan Hedberg – Martin Brodeur is injured, so expect a few appearances from “The Moose.” (Source: Tom Gulitti.)

Montreal @ Philadelphia

Likely Montreal starter: Carey Price – He shut out the explosive Flyers last time. What does he have in store for his encore performance? (Source for both: Habs Inside Out.)

Likely Philadelphia starter: Brian Boucher – As strong as Sergei Bobrovsky was, I think it’s smart to give Boucher some reps too. He won his first start in ages, anyway, so why not give him another go? (Source for both: Habs Inside Out.)

Nashville @ Columbus

Likely Nashville starter: Pekka Rinne (Source: On the Forecheck.)

Likely Columbus starter: Steve Mason – He’s been hot lately, that’s for sure. (Source: Tom Reed.)

7:30 pm ET games

Pittsburgh @ Florida

Likely Pittsburgh starter: Marc-Andre Fleury – Yet another start for the Penguins’ No. 1, who seems like he might have things together now. (Source: Inside Pittsburgh Sports.)

Likely Florida starter: Tomas Vokoun (Source: George Richards.)

Los Angeles @ Ottawa

Likely Los Angeles starter: Jonathan Quick (Source: Helene Elliott.)

Likely Ottawa starter: Pascal Leclaire – If you needed an extra push to start Quick tonight, how about the fact that Leclaire is starting for the Senators? Although, to be fair, he’s not the guy who allowed 17 goals in his last three games … (Source: Silver Seven Sens.)

Boston @ Tampa Bay

Likely Boston starter: Tuukka Rask – He gets the dubious honor of playing against Steve Stamkos and the dangerous Lightning tonight. (Source: Bruins Twitter feed.)

Likely Tampa Bay starter: Mike Smith – The Lightning have gotten by with average (at best) goaltending for most of the season so far, although Dan Ellis performed well here and there. (Source: Erik Erlendsson.)
