While there may not have been too many people there to see it, the highlights of the goals of the night belong to Phoenix’s Lee Stempniak for bagging a hat trick in the Coyotes 4-2 win over the Kings. It was Stempniak’s first career hat trick and we’ll not hear anything about the third goal being an empty netter.
