Please remember that back in the day pretty much every hockey game was played out side. The big trick was figuring out how to move it in side. I look forward to attending the Chiefs game at Avista Stadium. It’s fun to mix it up.

The only way this could possibly get old is if they did it in the same town year after year.
After hearing, a dozen times from various sources, the same winter forcast for this area, my only concern is too much snow…

Nope, I dont think they have gone too far. Who doesnt like hockey? I’m have a feeling that the Cheifs game at Avista stadium will be sold out. When they play in the Arena they have a huge turn out. Have you ever been to Spokane in the winter? It gets pretty darn cold here! I am pretty sure the ice will be just fine! Thanks for choosing to do this in Spokane. I know a lot of excited Cheifs fans will be chearing on “our boys”!

Kevin Weekes mentioned to me that this is something that’ll never go out of style and will still get people to come out to it. However, in the instance of Spokane, will the temperature be good enough and will they be able to pull out the people they think they’ll get. Two in one year could be too much and let the gimmick lose it’s luster, but in the end– you’re right– good money grab for the amateurs.
