		<description><![CDATA[While this could be good, it would only work in situations where the puck is flat on the ice (or at least parallel to it).  Once the puck goes up on end, it really will not help.  But it should be done to help when it can, I agree.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[I agree with wider blue lines and hybrid icing, red netting, etc. I also read that they were looking into putting a line in the goal to substantiate that the puck has completely crossed the goal line once it touches the line. I think that&#039;s a good idea as they tend to have the goal cam as the best angle but it still isn&#039;t a definitive one. Adding this line, if properly placed, will be a godsend to the video review judges in Toronto. It would speed up the game when a questionable goal is in play.]]></description>

It was aimed at the new way of performing face-offs: placing the puck on the ice and using the whistle to indicate the start of the play.
