		<description><![CDATA[Clutch and grab was around long before the Devils perfected it. It did make it very boring though , but long term contracts are and have been in effect. NJ isn&#039;t the first or the last CHI, PHI,TB, all have them, other leagues also. The leagues(owners) set these rules and then the owners (who cry players are costing them to much money ) hire more lawyers to skate thru these loopholes, so they can spend more money on players.]]></description>

Thanks, New Jersey!  And you wonder why you can&#039;t come close to selling out your arena in beautiful Newark........]]></description>
