Nice to see a good little article on the Hawks Cup win, and a fun conversation of Quenville and President Obama bring out the crazies. Way to go Hawks! You have made hockey fans proud, even us Leafs fans that were pulling for ya! Have fun at the White House.
BTW, have any of you seen the rumors of Dave Tallon possibly getting a ring too? Stan Bowman suggested it.

Like President Obama I am a former south sider. Jeff you’re probably a leftover from the old Marquette Park or Bridgeport. I too would like to extend my congratulations to the Blackhawks, and I hope that President Obama gets to congratulate MY BEARS publicly after a Superbowl win in February!!!
Elected officials have historically congratulated sports Champions. That includes former and present Mayors (Daley), Governors, and Presidents. The only thing that makes this situation different is your hate.

I am not denying that he won the Presidency by a wide margin, but I want to see his school records, the ones that EVERY other President has willingly supplied. He’s either an affirmative action hack, or he’s a foreign student. What is the soulful Hussein hiding? Why did he get a scholarship from Occidental College that only foreign students could get? This is a FACT!!! I did not start this, I like my sports pure of politicians, NBC created this by posting the story, and NBC has proven to be a propaganda arm of Hussein Obama, he’s best friends with the CEO of GE and they have systematical pushed his agenda from the global warming lie to his health care debacle.
Again, Hussein Obama, stay away from the Hawks, the players do not like you and neither do the fans.

I’m not saying I don’t recognize that Barack has an Arabic middle name or an African father. The way Jef keeps stressing his middle name and referring to him as an affirmative action president reeks of racism and I was trying to figure if that’s really were this guy is coming from.
If a Obama won a vote by huge margins, and votes aren’t counted differently based on race, than how is he an affirmative action president? What is Jef’s issue with the president other than his name and race.
To get to the point of the article, I don’t see the problem with the president congratulating a historic championship team from his hometown and inviting them to the White House. Pres. Bush would have done the same thing for the Mavericks or Stars despite not being a fan of either sport.

Why should we not embrace the affirmative action President middle name, Hussein?
I did not start Hussein getting involved in the Hawks, the propaganda arm of the WH, NBC did by posting this story.

Why the emphasis on using Barack’s middle name. Are you one the lunatic fringe ‘birthers’ or do you believe he’s Muslim?
You clearly have a disconnect with reality. You claim he’s not a true winner yet he won the electoral and popular votes by the biggest margins in 12 years.
Also by referring to him as professor, do you consider it a bad thing that he insists on speaking calmly and intelligently?
He missed home games because he was visiting the Gulf coast.He’s a sports fan, but primarily basketball and wants to show support for his hometown champs. What’s your beef with this?

Professo Hussein has no place in hockey, he can’t even name one player on his beloved Sox. The Hawks are pure winners, in sports you earn it by winning.
