They knocked out the Rangers in the last game of the season which was an elimination game. They stopped the Devils and the Bruins as soon as those teams could be eliminated.
Then on the other side the Rangers couldnt eliminate them. Also 4 times the Bruins tried to eliminate the Flyers and 4 times they failed.
The Flyers are 3-0 and 5-0 in elimination games.
