Back to Winnipeg!
As far as "Sun Belt" teams go I am actually pretty impressed with the passion shown by the fans in phoenix but whether we are talking about Phoenix, Nashville, Columbus, Atlanta, Carolina, a 3rd team in LA (two is barely ok) or either Florida team you can not tell me thse teams each have the fanbases necessary for an NHL team. Some will move or fold to areas that will support them. Some Will survive in their areas I am sure but most of these teams need to move - and Winnipeg is waiting with open arms!
