		<description><![CDATA[So, dynasties are what everyone wants, huh?  I guess that&#039;s why baseball is the #1 sport, and the NFL is floundering. The only people that even like baseball these days are people from the big 6-8 markets, and other front-runners.
Dismissing the NFL&#039;s parity popularity as simply due to betting is idiotic at best, and willfully disingenuous at worst.  Parity is the lifeblood of sports.  Having a winner that was expected to win; where&#039;s the thrill or drama in that?]]></description>

Being a fan of a sport you always dream of your team to win, and dynasties make it discouraging for teams (other than the winning team) to gain new fans if there seems like no hope they&#039;ll ever win.
