I don't know about cocky, I think the majority of 'Nucks fans have learned their lesson. Right now even the most jaded of Canucks fans are starting to believe in this team again. We've been let down before, and this series is far from over, but it was a hell of a way to start the series. My hope was for a split in Chicago, so they have at least that by the time they play Wednesday in Vancouver. Still some improvements to be made though, some tightening up defensively, and more shots. Niemi was doling out the rebounds in a big way, the Canucks need to ensure they go hard to the net to capitalize on those. The Hawks will likely come out with a more physical response Monday, I am sure either Eager or Burish will dress for game 2 in an attempt to stir things up. Discipline will be the key once again for Vancouver. The win is the key, and nothing else.
