As I see it hockey players wear more protective equipment than any other sport including football. I agree it was a penalty but to suspend a guy for playing an agressive game is non-sense.

Jones got suspended (6 games, I think?) even though he wasn’t a repeat offender.
And also as a Philly guy, thanks for posting this. The Worldwide Leader had the Jones hit on the NHL main page but this isn’t anywhere to be found. I’m not a conspiracy theorist but it just seems a little fishy.
