		<description><![CDATA[Burrows is not that far off on his assessment, quaint would be a good word, in the winter it is REALLY cold between mid December and mid February but so is Minneapolis, Edmonton, Calgary, Chicago...etc. The &quot;shopping&quot; part depends on if you are elitist or not, it ain&#039;t Chicago but it is not bad.
